Fundamentally, an MBA, or Master of Business Administration, is a graduate degree that is intended to prepare students for higher-level positions, such as leadership roles, within the greater field of business. Unlike many other graduate degrees that tend to be highly specialized, an MBA degree can be taken with a general approach or focused, or specialized, on a specific topic. Some areas of specialization for an MBA include accounting, AI and business analytics, finance, leadership, and marketing. Many MBA degrees are also focused on career preparation.

An MBA may help you meet the qualifications for a job or stand out amongst other candidates.
